Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@notinservice.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
